Not in charge
Tonight I move away
from what has become
too much
content
too many sentences
paragraphs
intent to be related to
I move away because
at this time I do not relate
one of these spells of time
wherein I have gathered
all unnecessary pieces
some are enormous
and thrown them into the abyss
some seemed to be precious
so I may have tenderly placed them
on the conveyor belt heading out
to the great place of transformation
and ask will I ever
successfully shapeshift into
the type of being that balances layers of
internal complicating and conflicting worlds
yet still is able to walk in the world of humans
jumping after the dangling carrots of normalcy
normal lives, normal relationships
and many do say that this bizarre notion
will die someday
the snow globe shaken up in your hand,
telling winter that:
"I can imitate your magic
so poorly and still
I am a delight to the eyes
of the consumer"
I step away from consuming
I move away into unfettered silence
the only movement going now
is a recording of water
since I
am thirsty for the real thing
the real vulnerable aching river flow
the ocean with unmasked salty glow
throwing wave after wave
in the direction of the abyss
we make mandalas to pay homage to
what nature does so organically, so easily
as we are taking snapshots of sunsets and sunrises,
congratulating ourselves for noticing them,
nature knows no fear in these cycles of
beauty created and destroyed
horrors to us because of how moronically dependent
we have become on nature not acting out
in order to protect us.
This hit me years ago,
the indifference
within the creating of the storms and fires and all that she has
in her arsenal
can shift to love as one of the
Great Mother's many vibratory realities,
she will reflect it back to us
in the alchemy of our relation to and reverence for her
being at peace with the death and destruction necessary to her
artistic process.
we are not in charge,
foolish to ever think we were.

we will land
patience pours from the stillness
of your activities
in the gaze of yours with that
special blend of what you covet
what you share
what you don't know you are sharing
I never met a person more caring
in the fights
in the throws of passion
in where I am
and where I am asking
in the mystical
and so very precious knowing of you
feeling of you
all the way from skin and flesh
and muscle and bones
to the psychic clairaudient constant telephones
I find myself answering
and hanging up and pushing all that
morbid beautiful information from dreams
from the back of our conversations and silences
inside and through out those private places we shared
wrapped around each other like phone cords intertwined
all at once neutral
all at once furious
with the state of the world
we railed against
inside the decision to bring the knife to the
throat of each possibility and
turn back
in that never using force to get what we want
giving into
the oblique nature of our first tender interactions
the way you got in
without the use of force and
how confused and happy and scared that left me
you never left me
so far
you have never
employed the use of force and this
leaves us spinning spiraling up
falling in patterns invisible to most eyes
creating indifference within the hearts and minds of
those who find it necessary to push back, push into
a life of severance
while I lay more ground work for reverence
we fall and then more so float with the pressure of the subtle wind
just a whisper of a breeze, redefining strength to include
us as leaves free falling
trusting we will land
where we are magnetized to be
vibrating this peace so effortlessly
of your activities

Relating to this, maybe some of you do too!
- "The Empowered Feminine is not the Woman who has finally, painstakingly fixed her flaws.
She is the Woman who has stopped apologising for them. - The Empowered Fem...inine is not the Woman who has conquered fear.
She is the Woman who knows well there is no courage without fear. - The Empowered Feminine is not the Woman who has it all figured out.
She is the Woman who steps in to uncertainty and dances with the Mystery. - The Empowered Feminine is not the Woman who has never fallen or failed.
She is the Woman with scars on her hands and knees, some of which may still be bleeding. - The Empowered Feminine is not the Woman who never cries.
She is the Woman who dares to feel vulnerably and care deeply. - The Empowered Feminine is not in competition with other Women.
She is a diamond in a sky full of stars. - The Empowered Feminine is not the Woman playing the blame game.
She is the one whose divine assignment is the solution. - The Empowered Feminine is not the Woman waiting for the approval of others.
She gives her own permission. - She has heard the call.
And she’s not waiting any more."

Ascended master Jesus and the Shaman
I had a beautiful conversation recently. I found myself explaining a connection between 2 seemingly unrelated archetypes and deities. When it comes to purpose, to identify as a part of an established religion, means part of your purpose is laid out, it is given to you. If you fight for a God, or a belief system, you are part of something bigger, composed of other groups. But if you choose to stand alone, if you stray from the crowd and do your own exploration, searching and seeking, you very well may unearth some incredibly different solutions and conclusions from the ones handed to you by more established groups.
In the title, I link the idea of Jesus, rather than the story of him, with the story of the Ascended Master and then from there I move to the idea of the shaman. There are some reasons for consciously linking all this together.
One aspect of shamanic healing that should be noted is the tendency a shaman has often from living on the outskirts of the village, or away from cities and “civilized” society, to be creating and living in a reality that is unfamiliar to those who live with conformity and are comfortable with it. They must live that way so that their relationship to the spirit world is much more heightened and complex so that when someone is sick, the shaman can be called in to facilitate healing. One great method to do so, is that the shaman sucks the pain, poison or illness out of the patient, into his or her body, cures the malady in the body, and spits it out.
Now, here is the magical link. Jesus, who is called many things by many people, is believed to have come to earth to take on the pain, sin, suffering and wrongdoing by all of humanity, then he is said to die, but to come back to show his mastery over human death and then to bring that which his sacrifice aimed to fix or heal, back to God or to the Spirit. A shaman does this type of service in a different way, for a village, or on a smaller scale than the whole planet. Jesus is thought to be the one who takes on the whole planet’s pain and “sin”.
The energy 0f humanity as a whole is able to dictate, with a collective conscience and need, who and what will manifest in our favor. We all had shamanic teachers and healers, in every tradition all over the world. The suffering that arose from people has always called medicine and truth in many forms to address and cure the suffering. We evolved beyond the shaman or medicine person for a village, because this is the modern world. Now we look to figures such as Jesus, who, we are told can withstand the depth of our human needs and the shaman on his or her own, continues to work more locally, while Ascended Masters are those who take on the poison, pain, fear and negativity on the most massive levels that humanity can contain it its formidable shadow nature.
Where do you and I come in? We live in all manner of light places and dark places. Some seek the life of Spirit, some are content with the material, physical world. My offering to you contains this link between these concepts and the bigger reality, and it can serve to awaken us to the energy needing to be infused back into our hearts, lives, and communities. If only on a metaphorical level we can lift the veils of separation between isolated groups, so that once again we feel the great relief of sucking out the poison that harms us, on multiple levels, curing it in ourselves, in which ever sacred way makes sense to you, and spitting it out, like a shaman, like a Being of Light and Healing. If this resonates, so be it. If not, there is perfection in that too.

they say the veils are thin
they say ancestors are closer
they are peeking in
reach out to the past
find it swirled away like smoke circles do not last
reach out to the future to find
it has yet to be designed
seep into the cotton surrounding of the present
you called yourself here
to be alive to witness
humans remembering to be in awe of the buffalo
in awe of those bison
in awe of the eagle
in awe of each other
creating space and then more space
for those joining the fights
with peace and reverence in our minds
enduring the violent ignorance
of state sanctioned violence
militarized opposition to
the protection of Water
we tell the stories
we are the tricksters, the magicians
we are the stories
we eat and drink and breathe the stories
we are sustained by transformation
we always were
we always will be

Interesting perspective on Life and Death and Afterlife- Enjoy!
(I did not write this but I found it online and if you want to know the author you could look it up pretty easily)
1. Life on earth isn’t a punishment for your past transgressions. You aren’t acting out some type of I-did-something-wrong-to-you- in-another-life-and-I’m- paying-for-it-now kind of thing. It doesn’t really work like that. That concept of an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth karmic equalizing of the score isn’t the real deal.
2. You chose your life circumstances before you were born for soul-type reasons that are almost impossible to understand while you’re on earth. If you understood these reasons, life would lose some of its punch, and that losing of punch is a little bit of what enlightenment is all about.
3. Everything changes. When you die, you realize how much. You also realize there are immortal things, things you take with you, and they change too. The Eastern concept of Maya, or illusion, what does that really mean? It means temporary.
4. Life is great, even the hard parts. And we all do things that we call mistakes. But so-called mistakes are ok. They’re just part of the earth deal.
5. You’re meant to engage in all kinds of things on earth, things that may not make sense from a human point of view. So, take a moment before you judge yourself or your fellow man too harshly. Being completely non-judgmental while you’re alive is very advanced, though. You’d have to be a Buddha to be that advanced.
6. There isn’t only one right way for things to turn out. Some endings are happier, some not so happy, but it’s not just the happiness percentage that matters. It’s the music of it.
7. Society teaches limitation. No matter what you’ve been taught, everything you ever need is already inside you. And who you really are is far beyond your comprehension. That’s why living squeezed into the human experience can be painful at times.
8. At the center of everything is an energy, an immaterial material called LOVE. Wow, and how good it feels, this LOVE. You can’t imagine it. You really can’t. There is no way for you to experience the full power of LOVE while you’re on this plane. .
9. Death isn’t as serious as you think it is. It’s actually very enjoyable. Couldn’t be better really. And saying goodbye to the people you love isn’t as serious as it seems either, because you will meet again.

Medicine and the Call To Action
I will start by saying, I do not know exactly what a soul is.
Next, I will tell you, I believe in soul loss and in soul retrieval. I know that I have assisted folks in getting parts of their soul back in their bodies after a long list of what it was that could have caused soul loss for them in the first place, leaving them, in many cases not knowing exactly what is missing or why.
Most people experience some sort of soul loss, in the course of her or his life. Some common reasons for this could be: connection to a person or people who absorb/take the chi or life force energy from someone who is either not aware what to do or that it is happening. One need not believe in energy to be affected by it. Similarly, one does not have to believe in Liver Cancer to die from it. Or, one need not believe in the cleansing properties of water or white sage smoke, to be cleansed by both.
Another cause of soul loss could be a pattern developed over time by someone who means well but continuously gives so much of themselves that there is not enough left for them. This could happen when someone is in love, they leave their body part way to send love and energy to the object of their affection but they are not careful to replenish and restore themselves after working with their energy in this way, a way they could not even explain much of the time. This sort of issue and related issues are dramatically common.
I have heard the word "soul" in many different contexts. People refer to the soul when they want to reference deep emotions, spiritual type contracts with other humans. They apply it to types of songs, a whole genre of music is called "soul". We even hear terms like "soul food". It seems that the word soul has been used to apply to so very many things that it has become hard for someone like me, seeking clarity, accuracy, authenticity and truth to give a definition of the word, one that can be used and agreed upon in more than one or two social circles.
We have heard about the belief that there is a God who wants to save our souls.
Our souls have been likened to energy, light, eternal spirits, our conscience, our deepest selves, our truest selves. There are quite a lot of ways people define this word. And yet, most of the time it gets tossed around as though we all know exactly what it means.
Clearly, we do not. We do not all subscribe to the Abrahamic faiths (Christianity, Islam, Judaism) and we do not all describe or define that which we are told is the soul in the same way.
What about the atheist or agnostic perspective? What about folks who believe in Gods and Goddesses, or just one Great Goddess? If I pray and I take gender out of the picture, by saying Great Spirit or Great Mystery or just simply "Spirit", does that take away the legitimacy of my definitions of that which has mostly been attributed to the type of God that is signed up to save this soul entity, and give us redemption, one and all?
These perspectives are considered to be in the minority but all over the world, they count for more than Americans realize. So, an Atheist, Agnostic, Pagan or others can take the word soul and bend it to fit what they experience as "soul". They can render it into a poem, the poem creates symbols, the symbols create new meanings.
Since meanings of words are often manipulated to fit certain agendas, it is only logical and natural that folks whose views are considered marginalized will find ways to bend the meanings of religious spiritual and even medical terms. These words are the terms we work with from the time we can start comprehending them.
So, why not create and spread the meanings of words on our own terms? By this I mean that spiritually and intellectually marginalized parts of the population find it necessary to redefine and reclaim terms that have been appropriated by more socially acceptable and generally more mainstream groups.
Another term we more commonly hear now, but in a new way, is "medicine". It still of course refers to what we think of, a course of antibiotics, pain killers like Tylenol and Motrin. However, in many cases, folks say these are not medicines, they are ways of masking the pain, curing nothing, healing nothing. The criticism of these Western medicine options gets massive backlash. I understand that. I am in awe of what many forms of Western Medicine and Western treatments can do for people who have a wide range of illnesses, chronic conditions and pain.
Yet there are authors such as Masuru Emoto, who discusses all sickness and wellness on the spectrum, as a form of hado. Hado is hard to translate but essentially points to the vibrational or subtle bodies of a person, animal, even a type of music or song. He is famous for, among other things, taking pictures of water crystals and with the naked eye, one can see how the crystal was affected by what was sung or spoken to it.
He created example after example, showing us that water has an energy and vibration that is receptive to and takes on the energy of what is projected toward it or what happens around it, keeping in mind that our bodies are immersed in vibrations with their own "hado" or subtle vibration with its own information and meanings. He even suggests music as possible treatments, and many people now incorporate music into many types of sessions.
If humanity truly evolves, we will be able to sidestep the battles, with each other and with ourselves and integrate that which works together and in harmony within numerous treatment plans, and in so doing, we will manifest an East and West compilation of offerings to those who are unwell, for an endless number of reasons.
The rejections of ideas and scornful disbelief going back and forth between Eastern practitioners and their advocates, and Western Practioners and their staunch advocates, are exactly what is keeping us from developing comprehensive packages for people who suffer from preventable, reversible suffering and disease.
Now, we can take a look at Folk medicine, or Ancient medicines in modern contexts and Holistic practices in Indigenous spaces. These include possible kinds of shamanism and many other ways that are lost to the more modern and urban communities. The "medicine" coming from these folks, and even the word "medicine" the way it is used by marginalized groups, is tightly bound in the context of culture and often tribe that it originates from.
With a conscious extraction of a term from its cultural and spiritual origins there is often pain and controversy. If anyone now says " medicine" and applies it broadly, claiming that an energy or a piece of art, or a type of love falls into this category may not know who they are borrowing from.
Controversy is good for us, but not if it is constant. If it pours light on a subject, a problem and effective discussions follow it, we are doing well. If controversy becomes overwhelming between two folks or even between groups of people, it has lost its most critical function. That function is to stir up feelings so that collectively we match up thoughts, ideas and emotions until there is a great exhale and letting go of what originally caused the battle.
When we move away from the discomfort of controversy, we should be taking away new emotional and spiritual contracts from the situation, a deeper understanding of why the negative feelings came up and what could be done on both sides to create solutions that work as well as can be at that time.
Allowing wounds to fester, with no real dialogue for solutions, allowing pain and resentment to build, without any functional and grounded forums to help people along their way toward what truly feels like justice, #reservationpoverty #blacklivesmatter #waterislife, rifts between individuals and groups just grow wider and the canyons between grow deeper.
I do not know what a soul exactly is.
However, my soul, however defined or left undefined, urges me to a Call to Action.. Complacency is stagnation. Stagnation creates disease. Movements, both physical and political, have the power to save our lives and improve our communities.
This Call to Action is sent out every time my whole being feels weighed down by the violence, injustice and the insanity of trying the same thing over and over expecting different outcomes.
There is no election year, no attempt at an uncorrupted democracy that can come anywhere near the urgency of the Call to Action that I hear from deep within. If this resonates with you, take action, any action: small, medium, large. Start right where you are, and keep going.
Next, I will tell you, I believe in soul loss and in soul retrieval. In Solidarity with # Water is Life and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe- original piece
Water was how I loved you
I dreamed the water fall that would
Cloak your openness
Rivers and lakes
that cleanse you free again...
Oceans that knew how to distract
Away from the parts of your surface
that shivered in vulnerability
I asked you gently to know me
And to know me in that way
That water smoothed you over
Until you shine bright with renewed
Identity
I loved you with water
so you were broken in
by rivulets of change
that never caused unnecessary fear
It was water you would happily hear
From clouds it fell and
All became clear
I dreamed the water fall that would
Cloak your openness
Rivers and lakes
that cleanse you free again...
Oceans that knew how to distract
Away from the parts of your surface
that shivered in vulnerability
I asked you gently to know me
And to know me in that way
That water smoothed you over
Until you shine bright with renewed
Identity
I loved you with water
so you were broken in
by rivulets of change
that never caused unnecessary fear
It was water you would happily hear
From clouds it fell and
All became clear

Love, Light and the Shadow: Section 2
Section 2.
A good place to start is by exploring the idea and practice of excavation, as it pertains to the shadow.
When we are called to dig deeper into our experiences and emotions, and into our experiences of our emotions, that means we are called to shadow work.
This world provides endless kinds of distractions from our inner worlds and inner process. Our world provides countless ways to get out of shadow work and as a friend recently pointed out to me, "Shadow work is not for the faint hearted." This is true, so why do it? Why not go the easy route? Why not sail through your life and barely touch down on the ground, and only touch down when you have to for practical reasons? If you want to barely touch down, then you are nowhere near ready to excavate. I explain a little bit in Section 1 about what may motivate some to explore the shadow.
Our consciousness is more like a river than a dense, solid place. Emotions, thought patterns, beliefs, all pass through the river. However, there are places where parts of our psyche may get stuck. This time of being stuck brings stagnation. Stagnation causes disease. It is for this reason, among many others, that it is useful to excavate what makes up that which, due to vibration and content, could cause stagnation, lack of wellness, lack of balance. Many teachers and others have taught us and reminded us to Know Ourselves. This self knowledge, if it is to be useful, if it is to be complete, must include the excavation of what we know are the uglier, more frightening, distasteful parts of us, which compose our shadow.
The next level for lots of us who wish to do this kind of self work, is acceptance. It does us no good to deny shadowy places and hidden pieces we are carrying. Ideally, upon seeing what we need to see, through dreams possibly, or by keeping a journal, or talking to someone you deeply trust, or through an art form, these are all ways to begin to integrate that which has had some power over you, shadow that has had power in the form of shame or denial and so on. The process of integrating what you know is no longer necessary to fear or hold onto is one that says, until the components of the shadow have been identified by you, you cannot fully integrate them.
This integration has the power to neutralize the effects of the shadow. Anyone, whose intentions are purified, who knows why they want to undergo a process like this, will likely have some success. What does it look like when the process is complete? It is different for everyone. For some, it may look about the same from the outside, but feel dramatically different inside. For others, they may change outwardly, they may change how they walk in the world, how they relate to others. Each person has a unique chance to excavate, integrate and accept the shadow they walk with.
Of course, there could be many layers to this experience and for some it may last a very long time. One might feel they are done with it, but more work appears. Also, one may have done excellent work with the shadow for a certain time in their existence here but they may find more challenges surfacing when it seemed it had been completed.
Each part of this is a gift, though it may not feel like it at all and it is good to honor yourself and your journey with shadow integration as much as you can. Give yourself sincere praise and reward yourself in ways that make sense to you, for doing this. I say that because if you are sincere in this work, and you keep meeting and agreeing to face the struggles on this path, you are doing a great service to the rest of us.

Is love and light really all we need to say and think about? Why keep invoking the shadow? --Section 1.
Section 1.
I am so glad you asked. Ok, technically, I asked but you get what I mean.
Let us think of it this way. If all we ever feel the need to say to people is love and light, we are denying, instead of integrating the parts of ourselves, our minds and hearts that we have hidden. We hide so much in the shadow for many, many reasons. The shadow, individually may be composed of painful memories and trauma, it may be lies and layers of deception, it maybe be truth that feels too scary to put out there. It may be the part of you that has been or wants to be violent. It might be the part of you that delights in harming other living beings. These pieces of our psyche are just as real and alive in our consciousness as are the messages of love and light.
The energy of love and the energy of light, cannot by themselves, cancel out your shadow. In my humble opinion, you cannot get around your shadow and hide from it, and deny it, by creating a persona either within your self or one that is more well known, that only exists in love and light. You would be transparent, and at some point, you will be seen through.
Your actions and motives would be more easy to detect due to the fact that your denial of shadow leaves you unfamiliar with what makes up your shadow. Now, this can be a dire situation for a person who counts on people to have a certain glowing, shiny, pretty perception of them. If you need an example of this, think about most celebrities or most politicians. It is in the best interest of many of these folks that they create veils and smoke screens to encourage the public to harbor illusions of how harmless and wonderful they are, when in reality their intentions, actions, habits, and so on might be highly questionable and in many cases, very harmful and rather dangerous.
For a person who has worked to identify the main components of their shadow, they are essentially more protected. They are protected because spirit has assisted them, with their permission and woven a tapestry of non-physical vibrations and energy woven together that permeates the physical layers and systems through acceptance and excavation.
It would be good to talk more about acceptance and excavation, because both of these are involved in one method I can describe, which will lead to creating a strong tapestry of self awareness and likely provide protection in what can be a terribly hostile world.
First, acceptance of what makes up your shadow is part of a process, it often begins the process of what many feel is the rug being pulled out from under them or the roof falling in on them. It is uncomfortable at first, when you begin to accept and acknowledge parts of your self, some may call them your "demons", some may talk about this sort of process as a "Saturn return", in astrological terms. There are many ways to talk about it.
Until you have begun the process yourself, this will all sound strange and foreign. If you have begun to unearth what you came to earth with, or what you have gathered into shadow while here, you will not be bothered at all by what I am telling you. In fact, you will welcome it as a viewpoint intended to help you unchain and unburden yourself.
It is good to approach your shadow, and the collective shadow, which I will address later, with love. How can that be? Did I just contradict myself? No. I will explain why.
Acceptance that all of your psyche is not love, this disturbs your ego and takes compassion like energy and love like energy to really be successful with this integration. Admitting and accepting to yourself at the least, that you are capable of ugliness, and how much ugliness varies from person to person, will lead to an ability to transform and release what you see no longer serves you. If you are willing and able to forge through these challenges, you will be richly rewarded by unlocking a deeply embedded part of yourself, that in modern times we often leave undefined but what would long ago be called, the Alchemist.
Alchemy, if you look up common definitions, deals with material substances and transformation. This inner alchemy that I am pointing to as a way of integrating the shadow, has in many places and for a long time, been lost or distorted. Change can be unlocked by any living being who really seeks it, if they purified and distilled what they want, that change will come a bit more easily. This refinement of the mixing and excavating what and who you are is what they alchemist seeks to improve. The resistance to dramatic change, dramatic shifts and improvements for the highest good of the planet is often fear based.
The fear based resistance is what creates the old paradigm, the one that is inherently toxic and poisonous. What an alchemical change would bring to the collective and with it, the collective shadow, is great big breaths of fresh air. These big breaths of fresh air will likely come in the form
of new stories. New stories can encompass the nuances of being multi-dimensional and humans are inherently multi dimensional, and able to move through the
You are meeting yourself more deeply when you admit this. It will allow you to meet others more deeply, which inherently leads to more truth sharing and healing, than if we are to skim surfaces of our multidimensional beings by claiming just the pretty stuff, just the yummy stuff, just the good stuff, just the.....love and light.
Next, we look at the excavation. This is a part of the process that follows some acceptance, but for some the excavation is what begins the process. There is no final word on how this kind of blessing and challenge comes about. When we excavate our minds and hearts, for the purpose of integrating shadow, developing a layered, complicated and rich tapestry, we do so in many different ways.

About clairaudience and clairsentience and yes, I am clairsentient and clairaudient! Enjoy!
The main differences between being clairaudient and having a mental illness are quite clear. While clairaudience and mental illness can both consist of voices within the head - the similarities stop there. Clairaudient mediums can learn to control these voices. Spirit voices tend to not be constant, but instead, are more brief and to the point. Spirit voices tend to engage in a genuine dialogue with you, answering questions that you have and providing feedback. Spirit voices generally do not prevent functionality nor do they suggest harmful behavior. Spirit voices are gentle, safe, rational (often more rational than your own) and usually quite compassionate. With clairaudience, you also have the gift of clear speaking, meaning you can speak, share and channel the messages you hear from Spirit to others.
Clairaudience can begin to manifest in a variety of ways and there are a few signs you naturally have this ability.
Whenever you hear something, either internally or externally, without a physically explainable source - it’s likely Spirit oriented and being that you have a Spirit within that physical body of yours, it’s no surprise you can hear it.
This list is just a few of the many signs you may have clairaudience. If you need help understanding if your experiences are related to intuitive abilities or otherwise, ask a medium, shaman or spiritual professional for help deciding. They will not dismiss your experiences.

9 Signs You Are Clairaudient
You have a tendency to talk to yourself.
You give profound advice.
You’re already a practicing comforter.
You hear ringing or buzzing in your ears a lot.
You hear whispering, noises, talking, radio in the distance.
You hear knocking, footsteps, creaking noises.
If you’ve ever been in the same room with someone, and thought they said something, but when asked, they say, “No, I didn’t say anything.”
Sudden inspiration or ideas that just come to you, often in full detail - while you’re driving, showering, or doing otherwise mundane tasks.
You hear messages that sound like they were delivered just for you.
Whenever you hear something, either internally or externally, without a physically explainable source - it’s likely Spirit oriented and being that you have a Spirit within that physical body of yours, it’s no surprise you can hear it.

More about this subject:
CLAIRAUDIENCE
Clairaudience (clear audio /hearing) -- To perceive sounds or words and extrasensory noise, from sources broadcast from spiritual or ethereal realm, in the form of "inner ear" or mental tone which are perceived without the aid of the physical ear and beyond the limitations of ordinary time and space. These tones and vibrations are more easily perceived in an alpha state and during meditation, though many clairaudients can obtain verbal and sound-related information regarding the past, present and future in a variety of environments. Most Channelers (also known as Mediums) work with both clairvoyance and clairaudience.
CLAIRSENTIENCE
Clairsentience (clear sensation or feeling) - To perceive information by a "feeling" within the whole body, without any outer stimuli related to the feeling or information.

Identity: A Transition and A Transformation
1. A Transition
I have been around, in this incarnation, for about 37 years. For most of my life, I have been building a strong, articulate, fierce and compassionate identity as an Activist.
Activists are known to keep a fist in the air, a battle ready persona and their urgent debate skills sharp.
Much of what fuels the journey of activism is the energy of anger.
We feel our anger is righteous and are quick to defend ourselves and distinguish ourselves from the myriads of people lining up to be angry over endless different causes and circumstances. I am describing this, but not assigning any moral judgment to the characters involved.
Each person has their reasons for channeling anger through the many kinds of activism available to us.
Some get arrested, some march in the streets and chant loudly, some partake in property damage, some run for office, some vote and insist we all must vote or nothing will change, some write letters to representatives, some go door to door building membership and collecting petition signatures, some write and execute passionate speeches and so on, the list continues.
I have participated in many of the ways I have listed and every so often, there is a win, there is a success and we milk it for all it is worth. Deep down, I knew, at every turn, as I engaged my whole self in these Activist methods, that I felt powerless on the political level, isolated and that I was possibly leading to more divisions among us, rather than relaying what was really on my mind.
I began to feel my interest wane over time, when political problems arose as just themselves, "political" "problems".
I began to feel convinced that, while Activism addressed so many areas of dysfunction I cared about, the solutions lay in a more subtle approach, at least, for me. I attended massage therapy schools, and learned some acupressure, Reiki and reflexology.
I attained a license to practice bodywork and spent some time doing that. It felt better to me,
at that time, than activism had been feeling. I was learning about the body, about relaxation and certain kinds of healing that felt useful and relevant.
I got great feedback from clients. Clearly, my hands could have a positive conversation with a person's body and there was that wonderful sense of accomplishment when they got off the table at the end of the session and felt so much better after the work I did to help them! Still, something was missing.
2. A Transformation
It began to occur to me, I need to work on subtle energy levels with people. This is an art that required fine tuning of the senses, and consistent development of what I would eventually and openly call my clairaudient and clairsentient abilities. I began to have dreams that I would analyze while awake which gave me a sense of initiation.
One carry over feeling from Activism was a strong dislike for elitism, and a huge commitment to standing on the side of justice and those who are marginalized for whatever reason.
It was for this reason I could not simply see myself building a clientele of very privileged people who have many choices and great access to health care. So, body work was just a place holder for what would come next.
I have been developing sessions for people that can improve the quality of their lives. In order to stay true to my values, I only accept trade as payment, not money. A comparable trade would be a yoga session for one of my trademark shamanic dream work sessions. Or, I could get a haircut for a session. These are just a couple possible ideas.
I have a lot of reasons for being a trade only practitioner, and one is that this makes my work more accessible and not a luxury. I know that the sessions I give can create positive change for clients, with their permission and participation. Eventually, I will probably offer folks trainings in the modality of "Restorative Shamanic Dream Work" and perhaps I will charge for that, since it is directly from my work in "Imaya's Modalities", which I founded.
That is much farther down the line, way in the future. These sessions range all over the place in regard to purpose and focus, and will hone in on the most pressing issue for each client. A few ways I differ from those in my "field" is that I empower the client after practicing with them for awhile to contact the assistance themselves, once Spirit shows me they are ready to do so.
Another difference from what I do and what is done out there in the name of psychic work is a kind of trick or game, played by people using the power of suggestion. We have all seen those ploys aimed at getting you feeling insecure. They say something like, "Do you want to know about your love life or your job? Is he or she cheating?" This is a sensationalist ploy to get people unnecessarily worried and ultimately paying someone who will keep them dependent and thinking that the "psychic" is the only one who can tap into the truths and mysteries surrounding life.
It is ethically imperative that a practitioner does not create a dependency on the services they give or on the practitioner personally, since that will only create more issues for the person and will fail to empower them, since spiritual assistance should foster a stronger sense of self, not a lesser one.
The transformation is underway. I went from skimming surfaces via methods that seek to address injustice and pain to returning to the body and the underlying tensions there.
Now, I am diving much deeper and going higher in a more celestial, faith building, liberating, subtle energetic fashion to create change that does not attach itself to an election cycle, or political platform or candidate. I do not subscribe to one type of religion or one type of political party.
I am sailing above, and watching the energy of crowds move so predictably, or I might be moving undetected in deep violet flowing waters. I release myself from the confines of the paths laid out for me. I forge ahead blazing trails, asking questions, escaping a million kinds of persecution, paving way for the most fierce of all kinds of compassion, conjuring trust and knowing and love and love and love.

About the Ancestors
First of all it makes sense to start with the fact that I grew up around folks who were establishing a "tradition" as they called it which involves honoring and including our human ancestors in our spiritual practices. I say this to point to the many years I have had to give consideration to this type of honoring and involvement of the ancestors, as symbols, guides, teachers and more.
For a very long time, I did not understand why we gave so much attention to the "beloved dead" as they are called in my old community. I did not feel connected to them, nor did I believe they sat just on the other side of a veil, wanting to help or talk to us. Slowly, over time I began to distinguish that which I had been taught or been exposed to, and that which I could really understand as true and get on board with.
I became aware of cultural appropriation at a young age, and in order to really walk with integrity, I find it incredibly important to stay away from appropriating anyone else's link to their ancestral line. In ritual space and what is called sacred space, I invoke only ancestors in a way that respects their identity and I am careful to leave alone that which is not from my heritage.
My view is that not all ancestors are benign, they were human once, and not all ancestors want the highest good for their descendants. In my estimation, there are ancestors who would even sabotage a healing practice if they could and may intend to keep secrets that, if uncovered, would reveal much about who that ancestor really was while alive and what he or she did, that was harmful or would ruin the image that being had built around them.
So it follows that I would assert, death does not instantly return a being to an enlightened or loving state. If we see it through the lens of reincarnation, there are plenty of cases where the ancestor in question may very well need to incarnate as a human again, perhaps a whole lot, in order to really clean up their karma and get to a place spiritually where they can work toward and eventually reach a platform of ascension or transformation for the highest good. Also, we all very well may have ancestors in our lines who do not wish to ever ascend or neutralize negative karma. It is always a choice. Once we grasp our free will, there are limitless ways we choose to live and die.
All that said, it would be unwise to simply ask all the ancestors to be present in a ritual space. I suggest employing a phrase like "I invite all beneficent ancestors who can energetically align with the healing and assistance needed to be here now." With that clarity, nobody whose intentions are less than of the highest, most loving and clear vibration will be able to get into the space. Magically, when it comes to that kind of circle, you must be invited in, you cannot just crash the party.

Interceding on your behalf- Imaya's Modalities
(Excerpt from Explanation of my work)
I sense I am instructed to tell you a bit about how this
works. If a person has certain kind of psychic blocks around being able to hear
her own guides, a shaman/clairsentient person can intercede on her behalf and
transmit words that match the frequency or vibration of what the shaman type
can sense, which is being directed toward the blocked person, (you.) One of the
points of this work is to familiarize you with the vibration of your guides,
the words brought to you are a result of the shaman type receiving the vibrations and love
intended for you from them. Once you really get more familiar with these
vibrations and energies you will probably want to contact them in your own way,
while using the help of the shaman type as needed.
Personally, I was initiated by Spirit in my dream life and the potency of that initiation and of my abilities have been confirmed by working with clients and getting results for them consistently.

i love you/ let go
perhaps there is more of a reason we choose fiction, besides the story we tell ourselves about the freedom in writing fiction. there is that, there is the starting from scratch. there is the absence of trying to stay true to moments past, that which has already gone on, and the absurd pressure we may put upon ourselves to be utterly accurate. in fact, once moments and experiences have gone down, we are stuck with only the memories and memories can be so much more of a betrayal than we ever could really know.
I paint with a broad brush when I write non fiction. the tiny detailed brushes must be reserved for the most accurate of creations and those seem to be of the fiction variety. I cannot re-create the nuances of the real world, the inner experiences. some writers seem to be able to but then again, how would we provide evidence that they are not also adding fiction to the portrayals of what was? We would never know if they were, since memories are composed of glimpses and strained views, and our minds fill in the rest.
sitting at two thirds of the way up the hill in the car, I have only words to map out what I mean, just like I have only words to describe the night we were there. Words seem to fall incredibly short when it comes to the artistic rendering. perhaps a dance would help, choreographed to tell it with a subtle vision. perhaps a song, a painting, a sculpture. one would need to let go expectations of all the rules about storytelling. one must let go all the reasons and rules funneled into our brains about how we breathe life into a memory. past, present and future all run together in swirled colors and whispered intentions.
all of this could start your heart, stop your breath, become intertwined with your limbs. the vessel through which all this comes begs of you, do not stop trying to understand, do not stop swishing around in the pools and rivers and lakes of this devotional mess. to understand it is to liberate the creator of it. to keep trying is to pray with him or her or them, to keep it going until all meanings have been salvaged, all intentions have been properly aligned.

instant knowledge. how and why?
have you ever felt the intuitive or even telepathic pathways between you and another person open up in an instant and information flows between the two of you effortlessly and without words or with very few words? and, on the flip side of this coin, have you ever felt or noticed those same pathways disappear in an instant, leaving you wondering how it happened and with questions about the nature of this kind of event?
if all this sounds familiar to you, you are not alone. this kind of seemingly magical experience is one that gets downplayed, denied or ignored in many social circles. the reason for the fairly common dismissal of this type of communication is because we are rarely or never taught to use and develop it in formal education, through media, by parents or in any other setting we generally find ourselves steeped in.
however, what if we were all taught to use and explore these events and get a more comprehensive understanding, or at least, a closer examination? for example, let's take the first scenario. there are 2 rather ordinary people who have cultivated a friendship. Let's call them number 1 and number 2.
number 1 walks up to number 2 who is sitting at a bench, having a beverage. as soon as number 2 sees number one, she has a foreboding feeling, like she is about to get bad news. number 1 sits down. she is silent. her body language, her facial expression and her silence are all number 2 has to determine, at this point, about what, if anything is going on, and if it is a matter of significance.
number 2 can guess that number 1 is feeling low and can guess what it is about. but at that moment, they simply look at each other and the eye contact is enough to convey the enormity and severity of the feelings and thoughts number 1 is holding.
the same sort of transmission can of course happen for happier, more lighthearted situations. the vibrations for communicating joy generally transmit more quickly.
we have probably all heard the phrase "self conscious". we all understand there is a negative connotation to that saying. so I pose the question, why is it such a bad thing to be self conscious? well, of course the answer lies in the implications and interpretations of the words, not the words themselves. it would be truly wonderful if people were more often "conscious" of themselves. so, why the cognitive dissonance? why the implied discomfort in the mere suggestion of becoming more conscious of your "self"?
Conscious awareness is a developmental reality that average to above average functioning adults all participate in so we can navigate the adult world with relative to good success. Becoming aware of who we really are, is a whole different situation. Awareness of your self includes the ability to self censor when needed, the ability to analyze the behavior and attitudes of the self and adjust accordingly if problems arise.
However, these mechanisms for survival in human society are not signs of the finish line for self awareness. Becoming conscious of the self is a life long exploration.
Recently I began identifying as a clairsentient, clairaudient practitioner. I developed a system to create ceremonies for people to improve their quality of life and I even came up with a name for what I do. it is called "restorative shamanic dream work". this work and the positive self image that goes with creating and practicing it has been a long time coming.
I have been researching subjects that deal with shamanism, psychic ability, and much more. I have had multiple revelations about my own gifts and challenges, and have arrived over and over in places that ask me to examine further and keep going, instead of becoming stagnant or complacent. If I am apathetic about my own healing path and learning commitments, how can I expect to foster and even facilitate the kind of significant healing I know is possible for my clients?
For now, that's enough about my choices. what will you choose? how will you go about finding new levels of awareness about your self?

the current crossroads
I am inspired to speak on this magnificent crossroads we find ourselves kneeling at. We have waves of cosmic energy to ride, helping us, but if you do not believe in energy in that way, let me translate it another way. There are powerful intense ideas and intentions being communicated across the world in ways that were never possible before now. Examples of this include the messages of progressive transformation embodied by Black Lives Matter and the Bernie Sanders campaign.... There are old paradigms of thought that aim to keep us separated, such as the way people harp on the package that a person comes in, the package that creates labels, like man, woman, trans, black, white, Asian, Muslim and so on. This perpetuation of viewing the package the person presents themselves in, rather than truly hearing seeing and feeling what they bring to the table is one aspect of what the crossroads is offering us as a whole. If we go down that old, ugly road of stereotypes, prejudice, and fear, we will create only more cycles of the same. Now is our chance, and not choosing is still a choice! When we alienate each other, and such is the nature of our elections, we remain stuck in paradigms of paralyzing fears and patterns of manipulation. I urge you to examine the ways in which your actions and words aim to alienate or offer solace to those who suffer, even when we cannot really understand the suffering of that other being. It is easy to see the symbols and representations of what we hate, but the hatred is toxic inside you. It will hurt you far more than it will hurt the object of your hate, whether the symbols and representation of what we hate and want to destroy are promoted by a Politician, an Artist, a Corporation and so on. I suggest that to dismantle the structures that harm us, we need an actual overhaul of how we see the "other'' and how we see ourselves. Nobody is ALL love and light. And nobody is ALL shadow. We have gradient experiences and we all exist on multiple kinds of spectrums. Shifting this kind of thinking in this way, is what, I assert will actually bring a lasting kind of change, a huge amount of relief and the beginnings of the end of certain kinds of very old truly awful human suffering.

Notice
she wrapped her arms around the moon
and spoke directly to the rain
"Next time, love, please be quicker to notice the pain"
All sacred elements do conspire
to balance the wild intention of wind...
with the rapidly spreading heat of fire
we know the power of water can be harnessed
to follow paths of pressing human need
At one time water just simply fell
now they employ a "seed"
Artificial clouds forming, excessive garbage in the sea
so many wars raging,
from which we must set ourselves free
she wrapped her arms around the moon
and from deep inside arose a melody to croon
please bring back vision, help us cultivate sight
from the pale first light of dawn,
to the velvet blackness of night
and spoke directly to the rain

an echo from your body
Take off your skin
your mask
what was it you meant to ask
consenting to only
part of the experience
how do you ever know
what will really happen
once you say
yes
once you
undress
there is much more to the process
we just cannot name or predict
will she always be the derelict
take off your mask
because the skin
is embroiled in controversy
you can jump right in
you can make it hard
to distribute each shard
of broken masks
but the skin is intact
gender is screaming from the body
the body that
glistening gleaming
has been treated to the
most intimate kisses
and you planted
seeds for the disses
you diss her so you wont miss her
and stand firm on the ground of
denial
that was always your style
a way to get through it clean
you never needed to say then,
what you really mean
from your body
arises an echo of your past
swimming away from it fast
there you go
there you know
and if only
you would be immersed in the flow
taking you away from that echo
taking you toward the resolution
again
and again
until
forms pass
and the essence remains
and until the essence dissipates
and all has been felt
all has been heard
nothing more is needed
not one more word.

what just happens
I said the wind would swoop in again
you were waiting weren't you?
I forgot our passion and our key
you were hoping weren't you?
I took a mental picture and stepped away
you were a sight to behold, weren't you?
you are a divine child with untold powers aren't you?
Rhapsody just happens. We did not intend this
do we?
we do not sketch it out and expect it to be real, do we?
we don't know what it is about the gods and goddesses
inspiring them to give us such powers, do we?
we may ask them for help and pull faith from the void
carve out intentions on the rock of your fears
leaving nothing of your fears when you are done
and all of your intentions
and all of your actions
and all of your truth
and fears dissolve
and faith is pulled from the void
and nothing more is needed
in order to proceed

Leaving the light on, from Candle light to electricity, from here to infinity
The human race, in its infancy and for some time after, was a very different presentation of animals from how it presents now. In other words, we are a different animal, with new skills born of new machinery and machinations, and lost skills that were the ones directing us to the miracles of the old worlds, the old countries, the old and deep ancestral kinds of magic.
We had skills for telepathy and healing and leisure activities that were separate from what the printed word could influence and also the skills were totally separate from what we deal with now in terms of access to the mysteries and miracles of modern technology.
As the human race, we have evolved from creating the epic cave paintings and other equally impressive art, to the kind of art that has been manufactured and manipulated by different agendas that aim to commercialize our intent. I assert that most of what we take in now has been chewed up and spit out by capitalism or otherwise cheapened by the confusion and greed of the minority who possess tremendous wealth on this planet.
I see no point in listing the ways in which I am calling for the truth and I trust that those reading this are in tune with what is happening enough to know what I am saying is aligned with a factual assessment of this situation.
What can we create? What kind, color, and texture are the potential miracles born from our own liberation from the powers that be seeking to keep us imprisoned in war like mentalities? Yes, war has been with us from the beginning, we live in a realm of duality and it takes a certain kind of intelligence to hold two or more opposing truths or points of view as all equally true and possible, despite the glaring contradictions.
Forces that intend to keep us away from our birthright as psychically open, vibrationally clean and clear, whole beings, are the same forces that trumpet fear and violence as a means to an end, when in fact, all violence will ever really do is beget more violence. In the same vein, peace and reconciliation will beget more of the same. Forgiveness will liberate us from the cycles of monsters creating monsters in their own image, with their vibrationally askew paths of negative karma.
Who needs that? Nobody. Truly, nobody.
Being able to sit calmly and peacefully with opposing points of contradiction gets to the heart of what is needed to resolve the potentially warring factions in your mind. Of course, the mind is where all wars begin. The heart has the intelligence and power to resolve these wars. Union of heart and mind aligned with the intention to serve the highest good, the peaceful way is what we can aim for.
We incarnate for many purposes. An individual soul has many assignments and goals upon getting into a body and receiving the gift of being alive on earth. The challenges, the pain, the suffering, the battles on so many levels, it is all part of the set up that earth presents and it is our individual and collective mission to evolve in harmony with the ancient wisdom of our mother/father planet. I see earth as both or all genders, here before we came, and existing long after our mortal bodies have perished.

Freedom to choose and human rights
Recently, I made a choice that reverberates off of the walls of my surroundings. I say this in such an epic manner because I must declare how incredibly blessed I feel that I have access to the resources I do, in this case, it is good health care and the freedom to choose.
As a woman, I am familiar to all kinds of expectations placed upon me by society at large. I buckle under the pressure of some of them at times and at other times I am rebelling out right, head held high.
One major decision every fertile woman encounters, whether she wants to or not, is the decision to become a mother. She is faced with the idea of being pregnant, giving birth and then having the baby in all its dependent glory. Some women are incredibly enthusiastic about wanting this, while at the other end of the spectrum, women feel like they want to do anything they can to prevent it!
I am of the mind that I will do anything I can to prevent pregnancy. I will not share reasons, that is too personal, but I will reveal that I have had a surgery now that ensures I will not have to worry about it.
I do this with the awareness hovering of women who are not blessed in the same way, who, whether through the pressure put on them or any number of factors, cannot choose what I did, even if they truly want a choice.
My fervent hopes are burning bright for all women to have a choice, and access to the health services needed.
If you are with me in this creation of hope, please do what you can to support women who choose to refrain from giving birth so that every child truly is prepared for and wanted. This way those who are born will benefit from being born to a woman who was utterly certain she wanted a child and all that comes with raising the child.
Our world truly needs this and only when this happens in every community will we have a world that is moving toward committing to the basic human freedom and dignity for all women, that is not a privilege but a human right.

let me see
dreaming the last few nights
unearthed some inexplicable acts
betrayal, connection to a person who has
distanced herself
presentations of situations that I cannot
easily analyze
into messages from the
spirit realms
wishing to contact me
so I send out a message
to those realms
and ask they become
more clear for me
for my lessons to become
crystal
healing stone quality
in the palm of my hand
in the cradle of the warm sand
let me see
what has been planned
unearthed some inexplicable acts
betrayal, connection to a person who has
distanced herself
presentations of situations that I cannot
easily analyze
into messages from the
spirit realms
wishing to contact me
so I send out a message
to those realms
and ask they become
more clear for me
for my lessons to become
crystal
healing stone quality
in the palm of my hand
in the cradle of the warm sand
let me see
what has been planned
what we want to recognize
the inside of the deepest secret
was on the tip of your tongue
we remember so little of when
we were so young
feeling so much older and
so much bolder than
what became
the essence of truth
I found my way here
there is no fountain of youth
I left the temple to find a
refuge
I left the refuge to seek the truth
I fell for so many
who never even noticed
I loved so many who never
even believed I could have what I
have now
but the story began to work out
in the most comforting way
and for the biggest price
you expect you will not pay
thank the stars
and the middle of the earth
for that voyage
you take me out of context
I put myself right back in
she took the trust
ripped in out into pieces
now she sees those broken pieces
now she knows that hopeless place
while all others try to tell her
to forget all who came before
and all the ones who run themselves
ragged trying to fit into the
rat race, the master schedule
but problems inevitably arise
no one can tell when
they are supposed to stop
or start without that arbitrary
excellence
that they call from within themselves
the gods are nothing
without those who worship them
the people are nothing
without worship as energy source
and she is left wondering
whether the gods are real
or this life is real
or anything that is pulled into question
into reality
is the ultimate of what we want to
recognize
she had so many people show interest
but she found herself inside a glass bubble
of isolation
which of course she created
thank the stars for this voyage
was on the tip of your tongue
we remember so little of when

The Eye of Compassion: Part 2
In Part 1, I deal with the more individual level of a very vast and profound subject. The main assertion is that people, and even ancestors of most if not all of us, have blood on their hands. From ancient ceremonies that included human sacrifice, to the more commonly and consistently justified murder of death penalty inmates, humans have human blood on their hands.
The symbolic and spiritual cost of this reality is what I call a collective psychic wound. A follow up assertion about what this situation costs us on the collective psychic level, is the inability to most effectively and thoroughly access the deepest level of compassion as a species and therefore blocks us from the deepest level of healing.
Our willingness to deny this inherent truth of action and consequence puts us in a dangerous place when it comes to the evolution of the species. If we cannot disentangle ourselves from the messy karmic cycles of human on human violence, and I mean violence of all kinds, we are literally left behind in a psychically blocked, spiritually bankrupt place.
From this place, we can only break free by literally changing the vision and practices of our society at the most basic levels. We must break free from all karmic debt, so that a kind of peace, prosperity and justice can become more of a reality for humanity, a species that must move forward on the evolutionary path and must not go backward, or we will not survive.
This is stated as fact due to the human created environmental problems that will kill us, that are killing us, and are a direct result of the disconnect and collective psychic blockages that keep us in varying stages of denial.
How do we, both individually and collectively free ourselves from karmic debt? Often, the intersections of spiritual theory and praxis, and scientific knowledge can be the places to look for answers.
In joining the scientific, political, spiritual and innate intuitive kinds of knowledge and practices, we are combining some of the most critical and valuable results of human intelligence and ingenuity, which will inevitably help us steer the ship of this planet toward balance, and away from chaos and destruction.
The balance being envisioned and described is one that our species has not seen before. There have never really been eras or ages wherein people live in enlightened, egalitarian utopias. We have not found the tools yet inside ourselves, tools that we are finding and can find now, to lead us into a kind of life on earth that, so far, has not flourished.
To address the individual cases of bloody hands and therefore karmic debt, we can make magical and psychic containers created by beautiful and strong ceremonies, the kind developed by skilled, creative, sincere practitioners in order to set right that which has gone terribly wrong.
The next situation to address is the collective wound. This wound is multi-faceted, and multi- dimensional, because humanity is also these things. We need many levels of help to rectify the danger of infection and other issues that come with leaving wounds open and raw. This collective wound is massively exposed.
At times, great healing work happens and this work and change creates salve that helps the pain of it become slightly less brutal. However, if humanity is to truly, once and for all rid the species of unnecessary and ancient kinds of pain, ancient kinds of karmic struggles and patterns, we must apply every ounce of intelligence, loving kindness, magic, and other ingredients we will not name here.
We must do this with a collective vision in mind. We must do our own personal work that leaves us feeling both lighter and more profound and we must commit to undo which ever piece of the collective wound we decide to tackle.
With deep sincerity,
Imaya

The Eye of Compassion - Part 1
In depictions of some ancient deities, the hand of the deity has an eye in it. This can symbolize an indication of clarity, compassion for the sentient nature of living beings and psychic sight.
On a spiritual and symbolic level, all people at one point have these eyes, on their hands and of course we have the more commonly known third eye, in the middle of the forehead. How does a person lose this sight? There are many ways, and in this work, I will discuss just one.
In the energetic, karmic and symbolic senses, killing one or more people obscures the sight and psychic abilities of a person, and the karma of this situation must be handled in a sincere manner.
On the other side of this, a person might have the vision from the eye in their hands or their third eye obscured because they were killed, in a past life or lives, either by being persecuted for the sight and abilities they had, or for other reasons.
This is a common occurrence that other clairvoyant and clairsentient type practitioners notice in many clients. If a person has a hard time with meditations or practices that strengthen clarity and intuition and other similar strengths, the conclusion can often be drawn that they need assistance from a practitioner of high integrity and who is very skilled to release from the cycle of negative acts and all kinds of harm.
There is a saying that goes: harm nobody, and do as ye will. These are words to live by, if you understand the cause and effect, in other words, the karmic implications of living in the world we live in. In order to be truly free, we free ourselves from all karmic debt and we live that way as a rule. It is not always easy to do just that.
In one case, the method that this particular practitioner used could be called a type of energetic surgery. This needs to happen when a person, or an ancestor of this person who is present but possibly unknown, and is hanging around the client, has blood on his or her hands, from killing another person. That blood obscures, dirties and muddies the sight of clarity that the eye in the hand, or third eye, symbolizes.
In order to clear that energy, the practitioner must call upon angels and guides that will assist with the clearing and use whatever tools she has to create a cleansing around the person that will facilitate more inner cleansing after the ritual takes place.
After this energetic and spiritual surgery, to which the client responded well, it is possible to could see a relief in the aura and in the physical body. At times the client responds with a giddy, uplifted mood upon finishing the initial ceremony. There are tangible results due to the spiritual intervention, not unlike intercessory prayers, only the prayers need not be in a Christian format, or in the format of what any organized religion calls for.
Intercessory prayer is not owned by any religious group. It is in fact the kind of prayer that many individuals or groups may call for in cases where angels and guides may intercede, called on by any number of kinds of spiritual and even mostly secular practitioners in order to assist a person who has been suffering.
At times it is necessary for the whole lineage of a client to be cleared, due to the fact that the blood from the heavy karmic act was from an ancestor or ancestors who are hanging around the aura of the client. Intentions and prayers and focus must be applied, along with consent and willingness of the client needing the clearing.

self and the mirrors. part 3.
Part 3
Now that I have shared the exercise about how to proceed when you feel a glimmering
of recognition or of divinity or a connection that intrigues you, it is time to explore the next phase, which, if you are at all like me, can be a complicated one.
Accepting that with each person, you mirror different parts of your self and they reflect too, means at some point it is great if you can discern what the main ingredients are in the dynamic.
For example, let's say you have decided to pull a person closer into your space.
Let's say you like their energy and wish for them to like you, to pay attention to you and you want to pay attention to them. This can be a result of a romantic or strictly friend type attraction, but you know that there is an attraction.
I know what it feels like to sense that I crossed paths with a person in a cosmically magical time for us. We are both open to meet, we want to learn what the other person is teaching, both on purpose and by default, since we have lessons we teach and learn that are born of intention or just personality and habit. If your boundaries are clear, and your desires are clear to you, this phase can last a very long time without too much confusion or too many problems.
If you are a bit unclear what you want from them, or what they want from you, this is a very hard phase. For some, it is easy to dismiss connections with people, they function from a place of confidence and feel that when it is right, it is easy, so when it becomes challenging, they get out of the situation, sometimes graciously, sometimes abruptly and harshly.
When they are not functioning from a place of confidence, they will more likely leave the other person feeling unresolved, and essentially dissed. Sometimes, there is no right or easy way to leave another person. Maybe you left or were left behind because one of you grew out of the dynamic, and felt there was no more to learn or get from the situation.
When a person grows out of the dynamic, and you are the person left behind, left in their dust, so to speak, it is very easy to blame yourself, or blame them, since it can be hurtful to be in that position. If you are hurt by a person leaving, whether it is a long term friend, an acquaintance, a family member who decides to pull away, or a marriage partner, you will need time to heal from this.
We do not generally know how long it will take to be fully healed from the separation, for each person, it is different situation. I suggest keeping a journal, getting counseling, and doing all kinds of really kind and loving things for yourself. Treat yourself gently and with great care. No matter if the split seems like a small one to other people you know, give yourself plenty of time and space.

Part 2. Relationship to self and the mirrors
At times, there seems to be an arbitrary nature to the trappings of being in a body and living with the ups and downs of our lives. I call it arbitrary because there is no universally agreed upon way to adapt to being alive that allows one to know how to make certain decisions about important matters that arise. In other words, we often do not know how to proceed, in the various areas we are to move through, such as friendships, and all manner of all other relationships.
In Part 1, I pose the question, after you notice a mirror, or the glimmering divine reflection in a person, it can be hard to see them fully, because you might put them on a pedestal. Some folks can see this divine reflection in themselves and it is not narcissistic, unless the person thinks they are the only one around who can reflect divinity.
In younger years, I searched for that piece of divinity in people and whether I projected it onto them, or actually found it I will never know. Now, I take for granted that we are all part of a bigger spiritual tapestry and I do not have to search, I just know and I just see.
So, upon seeing this glimmer, do you push the person away or do you pull them closer? I like to use a very simple exercise around this question that is based on honest, intuitive answers that come straight from you. There are 3 questions to ask your self and if you answer them with brutal honesty, to yourself, you will have your conclusion.
1. How do I feel before I see this person or talk to them?
(Am I anxious, excited, uneasy, happy, nervous, thrilled, expectant, hopeful and etc.?
Be totally real to yourself about it if you want your answer to be genuine)
2. How do I feel during the visit or the time we are together, talking or in person?
(Am I frustrated, clear, calm, angry, repressed, frantic, loving, caring, nurturing etc. ?)
3. Finally, how do I feel after seeing them or talking to them?
(Am I relieved? Am I sad that the visit or time is over? Am I full of longing? No wrong answer to these questions, just notice what is happening for you)
I find it is best to have more than 1 or 2 visits with the person or I try to spend enough time to really find out, if I am unsure. I also find that some situations take almost no reflection to determine you do not want then in your life or in your personal space.
Trust yourself in those cases and have good boundaries. Being clear about boundaries with others is a practice that is at the very top of the list of important self care tasks we all need to do, to feel safe, good and clear.

Relationship to the Self, and the Mirrors- Part 1
Today I will share stories, based on real life, designed for anyone interested in healing, light work, dreaming as an art, facilitating well being, and so on in similar genres.
At certain phases in my life, I had experiences that led me to feel with great certainty that the awareness of myself as a human was a trick of the mind and of conditioning. The sense of self
as an unlimited, ever expanding being that has come to incarnate on earth for many reasons has at times been blaring into my consciousness.
I feel now is the time to share the greatness of loving and understanding the connection that the brief individual dream of being has to the greater cosmic understanding of consciousness.
What does this feel like? Can anyone feel it? Is it blissful? Are there problems with these experiences?
I cannot truly say if every one can feel what I have felt. The sense of my actions, words and presence as small parts played in a drama that connects all of humanity on a greater plane of existence is a sense I have often hid, denied and brushed aside in order to play along with much more shallow modes of walking in the world.
Authentically, I believe all sentient beings are fragmented parts that make up a whole outside of the space and time limitations we seem to have on earth. I have felt, in a profound way, that the hurting of and the healing of any part of me, is recorded in some kind of akashic or other stellar formation.
I felt that until all beings reach the desire to see their individual healing as a necessary part of the greater and bigger earth healing, we will be stuck in cycles of pain, drama, fragmentation and so on until we wake up to how life can truly serve love, and life that serves love is a blissful, deep, exciting situation.
In certain states of mind that are hard to name and only sometimes discussed, I have found an intense revelation type feeling when I am out interacting with other beings. I feel that my role in their process and their role in my process forms a sacred mirror.
Lots of people discuss that idea that we mirror each other with our intentions and vibrations and that there is a hierarchy of low to high vibrations and a range of positive to negative intentions that are passed back and forth.
This is essentially what the human experience is like for us, most of the time. Some folks like to name this, they write songs about it, they paint and draw about it. Or they go deep into meditations about it. There is ecstatic energy that can come forth in connection to the seeing of the mirrors, it may even relate to the kundalini type awakening that gets talked about and written about.
I share this with you so that if you have feeling of deep recognition in your life as you are moving through the cosmic energies, you will not discredit what you are feeling and noticing. Noticing who you are drawn to and who is magnetically drawn to you is a big part of waking up to this underlying nature that we have, connecting all of humanity.
In a Purification or Sweat lodge, we often say "To all my relations" as a prayer. We say this because on the atomic, the molecular level, we are related to all that cycles around our universe. We are part of the archetypal forces that make up the stars as carbon based life forms, we are connected to plant and animal realms for our survival and so on.
When we find a mirror that hurts, or drains us, we may have to sort through the sediment of intentions and vibrations inside ourselves that drew up an agreement to cross paths with this being. Almost all of us can see some glimmering recognition that brings us into harmony with another person.
However, there are so many other metaphysical layers present, that we end up having to choose what we see, until we are masterful enough to see all that is present in other people in a way that gives us all the information we need about how to proceed. Do we push them away or do we draw them in closer?

authentic self
I drink the water that falls from truth
I eat of the food that is birthed from love
join me please
know your self in that intimate way
that spreads from the center of you
out into the garden growing
out into the water mirror
out into all that will be
leaving behind what was
so you may step into courage
leaving behind fear
drinking from the
cleanest synchronicities
available to us
to human entities
the self inside
expands and contracts
based on intention
vibrations
and alignments with forces
thankfully out of our control
leaving behind control
we fall back into the safety net of
a universal agreement to
help you find and become
the most authentic you that is possible
to become.

call forth
entering the cave of that moment
surrounded by love
inexplicably felt
the guides, the angels
were there with us
we call forth what we want
we expel and banish what we do not want
this is not to be messed with, the magic
of transformation
the calling of the healing
to be a process
to be a reality
we create destiny and it is given
when moments chosen reveal themselves
we give and take away
like the ocean
we create and destroy
like the great spirit
like the forces of nature
discovering that calling upon forces
with clear intent for ceremonies
that nourish and heal
that blast away the unwanted past
that bring us more into
the clarity of the moment
no more karmic traces in your dreams
we speak with light and clarity
cascading into the space
the cave of the moment
given quickly for a purpose
then taken back for a meaning
new light shed
new words said

driven to light
1.
pieces of you are my thoughts
prayers mingle with love
intent
guided by spirit
and
ocean sized tears
but pain is fading, as always
and the sadness is unruly
but it dissipates
into comprehension of these
particular emotions
into compassion into metta
and broken pieces stay with me
like getting ready for a mosaic
like moths on the glass wanting light
driven to light always in motion
always in flight
less is more
I think at times
strive to make sense of the dense mass
that is my night
closing in around my heart
attempting to block my sight
the blues leak from my pores
life drumming a pulse to be felt
I drink in a salt smell of ocean
sized tears
humming
the right
and the wrong
melody
for right now
2.
plants are always growing on the vine
but we do not see them move
bear witness to the stillness, and the growth.
