i pray with gratitude today and ask that you help us unlearn the ways of this dream that keep us isolated and divided, cut off from mercy, grace and help of all kinds. may we learn to find artistic forms and methods that satisfy our need to express our most authentic truths and that point us toward serving the highest good for all sentient beings. thank you for this sacred planet and the sacred elements that make up our physical selves. may we find ways to heal the wounds in us that end up destroying our ability to survive on our planet. may we find clarity on our paths, and kindness in our voices and hearts, each and every day.
