Revolt

the planets are aligning

to bring us change

but we are only a few steps closer to

what we want

if we work at closing the distance

between where we have been

and where we need to be, perhaps 

the moon will be pleased

and the sun will get shinier

being the star we are closest to 

and the revolution of earth around sun

makes way for 

revolution on earth

but really it will be a telepathic one

a revolution from within

a revolt from the toxic systems that 

hold us prisoner, sometimes literally

but other times it is a potent metaphor

gathering us all together

with the power of the planets in our solar system

creating new ways to walk

the path

to liberation, love and long -lasting justice

for those most in need of all three.

we become that light at the end of the tunnel 

and how we harness the energy

to overcome the turbulence

hold the evil accountable

see them trembling before 

the Spirits of Justice

who know each and every one by name

by signature energy bodies

tell me the story 

of how good triumphs over evil

how we are made from cosmic dust

in this we can trust

and how matter was never created and is

never destroyed

all we have ever done is change form

tilt the balance this way and that

until achieving homeostasis 

tell me the story

we are writing 

as we write it 

as we live it 

as we show up for it. 

Refuse your orders

boots on the ground

soldiers

wake up 

wake up now!! 

refuse your orders

distance yourself from the war

and potential of war

and rumors of war

call out the powers that be

that wish to see

the ones with less power

spilling blood in the streets

refuse your orders

say no to the generals, the officers

the ones who want to call the shots

 who, too often, do call the shots 

literally. 

refuse your orders

give up that killing wish

give up that seat of blood and death

masquerading as power

be strong and be peaceful

align yourself with 

justice and peace- loving ancestors

in your lineage

they want you

they wish for you

they need you to carry out

what they couldn't always do

refuse your orders

let the angels of compassion 

fall into your mind space

your heart space

your speech, your thoughts, your deeds

all that is good and right in the spirit world 

will come to aid you if you do this

there is no other

there is no us and them

there is no enemy to exterminate

no blood needs to be spilled, 

nobody needs to be killed.
