I will open fully
spread eagle
rainbow shimmering
peacock feathers
eyes at the center
when it is time
when I am ready
when I meet
"that" person
then when the cloak is pulled back
the mystery revealed
is at the heart of the matter
and the comfort and ease with which I slide
into the newfound confidence
is a long awaited yet humbly received

I must be radiating a warm intense glow
for all this attention coming to me you know
the tide will always reclaim
the wave back to the sea
after it flashes over the shore
but not before it leaves a lasting impression
on the sand
a sea shell or some other
lesson through beauty
