Release/Surrender

I release all the energy I don't need

I release all the energy that is not mine

I release all emotions that I don't need

I release all emotions that are not mine

I surrender to unconditional love 

I surrender to unconditional compassion

I surrender to the deepest levels of peace

I surrender to kindness

I release all that blocks me from the peace

I release all that blocks me from the love

I delete old contracts that had me stuck and unhappy

I delete old contracts that get in my way of happiness and freedom

I delete all contracts

that bind me to people and situations that are harmful

I delete all habits that are harmful

I call in and create contracts with high vibrational frequencies

I call in that which serves my deepest good

I call in that which upon close examination is understood

I pray this understanding leads to a gentle landing.

the questions I have

are buried beneath the black mountains

the black soil

the green of the plants and trees

underneath the clean, crisp, blue pools 

of the waterfalls you find there

are good for

places to bury secrets and questions

the secrets I have 

are buried beneath the grey and brown mountains

tallest trees reaching over 

and around and up and down

making good distractions

and hiding places

the animals know the secrets and questions are there

but they respect the hiding. 

they know about hiding. 

when you reach a key frequency within your

energy body, the natural world will 

align with you

 

and once you are aligned with the natural world

you move about this planet differently

knowing your secrets and questions

are being held by earth guardians

compassionate ones

held by love

held in love

held with love

repeatedly reminding me

whispering

they are here when you need them

they are ready

we are ready

take your time, yes, 

take your time

Names of Power rooted in Love

If you call upon a Spirit

without calling on Love

you have already lost.

Any name of Power, 

if not connected to Love

is not worth knowing

hearing, or calling upon

Only that which brings you

to the source, the fabric of reality

is going to help you, heal you

hold you, bring you back 

from pieces into a whole being.

Fragmentation requires 

the essence, the energy, the methods

of Love, to morph back into wholeness.

There have been a million little deaths

maybe this prepares us for the final one

but maybe no death at all is final

and the lives we cycle in and out of 

could teach us how to navigate all the death

the aging, the decay, the loss, the freedom

we are perched atop the branches

we are leaning over the ledges

getting used to looking down

getting used to looking up 

faced with choosing between ground and sky

only guessing what is on the other side

of each

the answers remain out of our reach

until it is time for the next phase

I hang out in the crescent moon, 

swing from the edges of it

getting familiar with the dark spaces

hiding when the sun arrives

safe under the cover of night

needed

 I will facilitate

a place of healing and safety

because I can

because its needed

I will facilitate

removal of entities from all kinds of people

because I can

because its needed

I will facilitate

the cosmic twinkling energy for you

because I can

because its needed

I will sing for you

I will make way for you

I will make a way for you

because I can

because its needed

I will think of words, I will think of gifts

I will think of all that will uplift

you know I can

you know its needed

the wind

the wind

the hummingbirds

the shadows growing

the shade from trees

the inner knowing

the grasp of ancient wisdom truth

the drumbeat 

the sound healing 

the seat of power

the sweet grass

the sage

the early and the late hour

the lemon verbena

the scent of so many spices

the fire dancing on the logs

the water flowing nearby 

the dragonflies 

the thunder

the lightening

and rain

pouring down

down into earth soaking up

down into streams drinking up

down into rivers

quenching the many kinds of thirst

a release from the skies and 

time for renewal. 

like heartbeats

 Listening to each 

level of awakening

like heart beats

I sink into the rhythm of

this regular pattern

I make offerings

to each soul that passes this way

that they may be safe

that they may be at peace

that they may not suffer. 

I have been practicing

making offerings like these

for as long as I can remember

And I will continue to do so

until there is no longer a reason to

keep it all going. 

I am powered by the ocean, 

the moss and the branches and leaves

in the forests, 

the animals and the minerals and the networks of redwood trees

I am powered by nature herself. 

And until there is no longer a reason to keep going

I will practice with strength, with compassion like a bodhisattva

and patience that grows as I do.
